• Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 • Golf Only • 8:30 am to 1:30 pm 2018 Celebrate Anoka Pro Am Sunday September 23, 2018 Tee times starting at 8:30 am Format: 1 Minnesota PGA Professional will be paired with an amateur they bring and 2 amateurs from City of Anoka business, the Green Haven Men's Club, or a sponsor. The team score will consist of 2 net scores of the 4 some on each hole converted to Chicago Points. Entry Fee: $100 per amateur and includes Tournament Entry, GPS equipped riding cart, on-course games, dinner following play, tee prize, and tons of fun! We have space for only 60 golfers from the City and Green Haven so plan to get your entries in early. You can guarantee a spot by sponsoring a portion of the event. Details on the back of this form.
